PEQ International Students: Eligibility for a Second Study Program

Québec Immigration regulations have been recently updated and an important change is now effect for international students who are applying to the Québec Experience Program (PEQ). The new regulation now allows students to start a second program of studies in Québec after they have received their first diploma. This change gives students more flexibility, allowing them to continue their education and still be eligible for the PEQ, which was not possible under the previous rules.
